Submit to Love

True aristocracy is holy gift,
Nobility from grace through truth to grace.
Pure servants of the Word will Phil uplift
While God's own mercy shines through Karen's face.

Two fiery souls this marriage melds with gold.
In God's refiner's fire this gem I saw:
Phil's lightening wit fights deceits dark hold
As Karen's ember hearts of ice does thaw.

A refuge those in need shall call that home
Where Phil and Karen welcome angels met.
But pompous pride shall hide or burst to foam
Where parody and pithy pluck duet.

Two hearts together complement the Lord;
With joy they taste their souls redeemed for love.
Outrageous to the world is God's reward
To souls who yield their love to God above.
